My future job

Hi readers! Today I'm going to tell you about my academic experiences and what a want to do when I graduate from university.

When I was a kid (about fifteen years ago) my dream was to study Archeology and be like Lara Croft haha, but when I did the PSU and had my punctuation, all the doubts started. 

My family wants me to study something tradicional like medicine or laws, maybe they were scared about my future. So I decided to study something more secure with the promise that I will someday be an archeologist .

In 2016 I graduated from Commercial Engineer and started to work from 9.00 am to 6.30 pm everyday in a Start Up called Snuuper. 

I realized that that was not the kind of life that I wanted, in an office all day in front of a computer with an specific schedule to fulfill,  so I remember the promise I made to myself  and I quitted my job and started to study to do PSU again.

Now I'm in second year of common plan of Anthropology, hopping that next year I will be in Archeology mention.

So what's my ideal job? Being part of the crew that is in charge of investigating where are all the missing people of Dictadura period , working in teams trying to rebuild what happened to them and bring peace to their family. That job would  allow me to have a more flexible schedule and to work in different places every time. It would fill with emotions my heart and spirit, but the most important thing for me is that it would allow me to help people.

The best holidays I've ever had

In the summer of 2011, my very best friend called me one day to invite me to her family vacations. In that moment I didn't imagine what was she talking about, I thought that it would be a trip to the beach or maybe to a lake, but no, it was a fifteen days trip around South America in an all inclusive cruise.
A funny thing was that the ship set sail on my birthday day from Rio de Janeiro, so my mother had to signed a permission for me so as I could travel to Brazil the day before my 18th birthday, but then I didn't need it to get on the cruise because I was already 18.
Why were those my best holidays?
First of all, I was living a dream traveling with my best friend, I love her so much and we always have such a good time.
In second place, I knew a lot of places in just 15 days: Río de Janeiro, Montevideo, Buenos Aires, Ushuaia, Falkland Islands, Cabo de Hornos, Punta Arenas and Valparaíso, and on all of those places a saw incredible things, different landscapes , architecture, animals and local traditions.

Another reason for these vacations to be unforgettable, it was the people I met. There were very little young people in the ship because there were mainly retired people, so we made a very united group with all the adolescents. I'am still in touch with some of them!
At night we used to go to a band show that were called Brazil Connection, and we went so often that we ended up being friends with the members of it.

Finally, the food on the cruise was amazing! There were like 3 places that served buffet, so we could eat anything we wanted and all we wanted. Sometime we went to the main restaurant were you have to wear formal clothes because The Captain was there.

I think this trip was this special because of all the laughter and funny moments that we lived. I will remember it all my life.

I hope someday all of you guys have the opportunity to do it.

A country I would like to visit

Hi readers! Once again I'm goint to talk about myself, I hope some day you tell me some of your experiences.
This time I will talk about the place, that special place, that take my dreams away and that I would give anything for travell there.
I'm talking about England, this beutiful country located in the Great Britain island together with Ireland and Scotland (To be sincere, I want to know this 3 places, but I will specify only England this time). The reasons I want to go there are mostly four.
In first place, I went all my childhood to a english school, so I learned a lot of thing about their culture that excites me a lot, like the type of architecture that they used when London was consolidated like the Big Ben, the Beckingham Palace , or the mytical Stonehenge, full of secrets and questions that haven't been answered yet, or the fancy cabins with public telephones on the streets. In my opinion England's culture is a combination of elegance and Europe history that make them very special.

The second reason is a musical one.  I'm a  fan of The Beatles, so I want to go to all the places that mark their career as a group, the bars where they played their musica, Abbey road, the houses they all four grew up, the roof where they played their last live concert, etc. In this aspect, hole England for me is a big museum of this fabulous group, specially Liverpool.

In third place, my favorite sport is Football, I watch it every day and practise it twice a week. Every country has their own league of this sport, but, in my opinion, the english one is the most competitive and entertaining of all. There too many good teams like Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chealse, Tottenham, among others. Big players are in those teams (Alexis Sanchez, Paul Pogba, Sergio Agüero, Leroy Sané, Harry Kane, Mohamed Salah, etc.) so I want to go to all their stadiums to watch a match and see them play.

For last but not least, England lanscapes are one of the most beutiful thing that I ever seen, this fields of flowers and green grass with bushes and trees take me back to the years were Pride and Prejudice was written: elegant ladies and gentlemen travelling in wagons pulled by horses and going to a fancy cocktail in a big mansion with a gourgeous garden hahaha what an imagination.

Well, I hope that some day I could go there and visit every corner of this country and the ones next to it. I really think that I will make it, but  in the meantime I'm no wasting my time because in June I will go to Brazil following our Chilean football team at The America's Cup. So wish me luck!

Personal Opinions

1. What is your opinion on the social networks and the effect they have on society?

I think that social networks can be a powerful tool for expressing yourself, that's why we all have to use it with responsibility, because we can harm a lot of people with our words

2. Is religion harmful or useful to modern society?

I think it depends on each person and as I say "the extremes are always bad", I mean , if there is someone extremely fanatic is probable that that person will not be tolerant with different religions or ways of thinking and that would be harmful, but in most cases religion helps people to find a motive to live for and to be a good person.

3. What is your opinion on the idea that marriage is an outdated institution?

For me it is an outdated institution, but I understand why for some people it isn't. I think that you don't have to marry to conform a family or just for the fact that you love somebody, there are too many problems if you decided not to continue with that partner although it could be better for both. For the other side, it is true that being married give people a lot of benefits in a legal sense, like protection in case that one of the couple die.

4. and finally a funny one: Going out or Netflix and chill?

Netflix and chill without doubt. I like to have some quality time with my friends and I think going out is not the opportunity to talk deep stuff, so I prefer having a that conversation at home and then relax with them watching a movie. I also have a boyfriend so Netflix allows me to have a romantic time with him.
